libxkbcommon-x11-0 software package provides library to create keymaps with the XKB X11 protocol, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libxkbcommon-x11-0
libxkbcommon-x11-0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libxkbcommon-x11-0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libxkbcommon-x11-0 *
You will get with libxkbcommon-x11-0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
